You're the second blog I've read to do with "middle of the night" sewing. I love houses and that's one cute quilt. I see a narrow inner border of a bright color and then a black and white wider border. Just sayin' but it's certainly cute just the way it is.
Love it....love it....love it! Border? Hmmm....I say a wide, bright, solid color. But, whatever you do, it will still be a true work of art. Now go take a nap!
Oh my goodness! I love it!!! (The quilt, that is, not the 5 in the morning run on the treadmill). It looks fantastic. Have you decided on borders? I think it needs to be 'framed' with something. The black and white stripe? Definitely. Oh, love it love it love it ♥
I have always thought you didn't sleep with the amount of stuff you get done....! and yes..if you can't sleep you might as well sew....I love the quilt....I am thinking a bright peeper border with a darker one to frame it...but I am sure it is probably all finished by now! LOL...have a great weekend...keep running..keep stitching!......oh...and get some sleep!

Love it! I think just a bright binding would be nice. Then again, so would a border! I'm a lot of help, aren't I? ;)

Border/no border? Hmmm, that depends: how were you planning to bind it?
ReplyDeleteI'd be tempted, though, to add more black & white, maybe pieced? And I like the idea of lime green binding...
I vote for a border. Seems to me a little more fabric would frame the blocks - which are SO cool, by the way! And not chop them off right at the edge.
