Believe it or not, 

I took this photo with my iPhone today

(and yes, it says 2:44 AM!!!

I couldn't fall back to sleep after a crazy dream

so I got up!)

and it's now late afternoon

and 

I'm still standing, yeah, yeah, yeah!

It is sooooo hot here

that I can't turn on the lights in my sewing room...

which limits my ability to detect differences in color

but I did this exercise for my online class...

and 

I'm still standing, yeah, yeah, yeah!

Mostly because it is too hot to sit!!!

Lost and Found...

Lost: my groove

Found:  an hour at the gym doing body pump....

an ant on a wildflower in our front yard...

 and some time at the sewing machine to doodle-quilt for my class...

These long weekends kill me!!!!
I think it takes me almost an entire week to get back into a routine!

I am just a creature of habit, I guess
